At Dienflux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

## How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dienflux@dienflux.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at dienflux@dienflux.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Certain personal care products where hygiene regulations apply

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
